چکیده
Hydrological modeling is an important tool for water resources management, providing a feasible solution to represent the main hydrological processes and predict future streamflow regimes. The literature presents set of models commonly used rainfall-runoff process in watersheds with different meteorological geomorphological characteristics. response such could differ significantly single precipitation event, given uncertainties associated input data, parameters, model structure. In this way, correct representation watershed should include evaluation models. This study explores use performance five daily regimes at six hydropower plants located Tocantins river basin (Brazil). adopted GR4J, HYMOD, HBV, SMAP, MGB-IPH. each was elaborated considering calibration (2014–2019) validation period (2005–2010) using observed data climatological variables. Deterministic metrics statistical tests were measure model. For stage, results show that all achieved satisfactory NSE values greater than 0.6. only MGB-IPH present good 0.7. A bias correction procedure applied simulated conceptual However, exposed preserve properties data. Thus, discusses some limitations lumped streamflows large-scale basins (>50,000 km2).

15 صفحه اولDistributed hydrological modelling of a heavily glaciated Alpine river basin
A glacier submodel was successfully integrated into the distributed hydrological model WaSiM-ETH to simulate the discharge of a heavily glaciated drainage basin. The glacier submodel comprises a distributed temperature index model including solar radiation to simulate the melt rate of glaciated areas. Meltwater and rainfall are transformed into glacier discharge by using a linear reservoir appr...
